Its too damn hot for yard work today. But I don't have a yard so I guess I've got nothing to worry about. As a kid I always hated it when my parents made me cut grass and trim the hedges. Now that I'm older though, I can't fucking wait to have my own house and a scraggly ass, dead grass lawn that always seems to attract kids and raccoons.
The first time I yell "get off my lawn" through the screen door, I'm going to be so proud. I might have to record it for posterity. Dammit I guess I'll go subscribe to /s/OldPhuks now...

Alright I'm jealous. For years I have been threatening to asphalt the entire yard and paint it green like the old Hess gas stations. And if I don't get a weekend without terenchal downpours or freezing cold soon this might be the year.
In the meantime I have a case of beer, a Yankee game on tv and some guilt about the 27 things that didn't get done today.

probably do some yard work, then settle in with a couple beers, steak and a potato. Sweat it out during the week, enjoy the weekends :)
