I was never really interested in it my whole life, but recently have been pursuaded to watch Naruto.

And I love it. It was corny at first, a bit dramatic and contained some questionable elements. But now that I'm a few episodes in I'm hooked. The storyline is an amazing display of character creation and growth.

What do you Phuks think?

Never watched any until the last 3 months (unless you can count Redline movie). Someone got me to watch Kill La Kill, thoroughly enjoyed. Went looking for a universally-acclaimed series for my next bite. Went through Evangelion. Total mind trip. Now everything else I look to watch seems less interesting; seems like I saw a lot of the best.

The only one I've watched is Naruto, and in my opinion it is a wonderful piece of art. Like I said in previous posts, its corny at first and seems to have some of the most "fluff" in terms of anime series. But it really hits home.

I have a few friends who constantly bug me to watch Evangelion. Eventually I will, after Naruto though.

Guess I'll trade you then. Evangelion is really a trip; I had to limit it to 1-2 episodes per day to limit the mental burden

I'm sold then. Once I finish this series, which is apparently several hundred episodes long and I'm barley 40 into it, I'll pick up Evangelion. I'll also take caution for the mind fucks. Thanks.
