What is Phab Phuks? From what I can tell it seems like a place to submit bug reports and fixes but I'm wondering what are all the extra applications? I see there there's a lot but none that are configurable. What are the potentials for contributing on Phab Phuks?
This is the first of many. All users see our roadmap. By using this, it forced us to do all the oauth stuff first. now we can attach future stuff to phuks. We've even tested forking the whole codebase and phab together for a fresh start as a new site, and everything worked in about 2-3 hours. There's a bunch of stuff it does that we haven't turned on yet.

That's really useful especially the Username linking. What applications are available to regular users?
