What is Phab Phuks? From what I can tell it seems like a place to submit bug reports and fixes but I'm wondering what are all the extra applications? I see there there's a lot but none that are configurable. What are the potentials for contributing on Phab Phuks?
That's exactly what it is, a bug reporting site. That's also where the source repository is held. I can't tell you much beyond that, though.
