I wanted /s/recipes. It exists but the mod, Jambo, seems to be gone. How does sub transfer work here?

While we don't have an official ruleset for claiming old subs, it is technically abandoned. Throw a few posts in it and get it going. Lemme talk to a few people and see if we can come up with some requirements for transfer that we can start using for everyone. You got my vote for this one
