So because the government lies about other things, I am unable to care about this lie?

There are many ways the holocaust impacts American citizens. Without the holocaust and ensuing victimhood, I very highly doubt we'd be sending billions of dollars a year to Israel, perhaps Israel never even becomes the country it is now. Jewish people in America gained a massive leg up because of the "6 million." To say otherwise is willful denial.

Without the holocaust and ensuing victimhood, basically everyone in the western world would be free to criticize jewish actions without fear of retribution from someone or even their own government. Jewish people certainly are free to criticize anyone they want--but the opposite is not true.

Whether or not you actually care about this doesn't make the fact that other people care less significant or important, just as causes you care about are not rendered moot because someone else may not care.

What is interesting is how vehemently some people, and definitely some governments will attack those who go against the narrative of the holocaust. That alone makes anything surrounding the holocaust worth investigating, IMO. If the holocaust truly doesn't matter any more, and has no impact on our lives, why not simply keep quiet and let holocaust narrative disbelievers have their say?

No, what I mean is that you seem to prioritize this instead of the more relevant lies around us today.

I agree, but you are here spreading the word. It seems that you want me, or others to listen and believe. So that is why I ask why it should matter to me.

That's a fair point, but it goes both ways. Question either side of that narrative and you may be met with irrational hostility. It is further compounded by those that wield their views like a club, smashing on anyone in sight.
People will react poorly to those types regardless of what they think of the ideas.

You don't know me, so I'm not really sure how you can make this claim based off of one comment.

You're right, I don't know you. That's why I used the word 'seem'. I didn't make a claim, I asked a question
I am basing it entirely on this thread. Because that's all I have to work with.

I'm not attacking you. Just trying to understand.
Easy, you're in a demilitarized zone now. I know the ptsd may take some time to wear off, but you're safe now.
