He wants to jump through hoops to catch up and I keep blowing him off. I should probably say fuck off but after 12 years of friendship I guess I want it to be more gallant? He's rich and bought a blonde blue eyed virgin from eastern europe... I'm just pretty much disgusted with him.

There's a lot of details unknown here--honestly it sounds like a jealousy issue on your part from the given info--but that doesn't really matter I suppose.

If it were me I'd probably just try to cut all interactions really short, use one-word responses, stuff like that. It's probably not the best way, but it's the path of least resistance.

Alternatively you could straight up tell him you don't want to catch up and it would be better if he didn't contact you again. I don't see that going particularly smooth, but it would probably end it quicker.

I bigged him up a bunch back in the day and he just kept using me and I got sick of his shit... There's only so much I'm willing to teach someone about women. Jealous? for the money his parents gave him maybe because my parents didn't have that money or stability. That's not the situation though. I just want him to leave me alone under nice terms. Can you come up with something better than acting like a prom girl to a bad date? I don't want to sound like that... I just want him gone and happy in his life. I'm happy for him because back home nobody would touch him and if this makes him happy... so be it

edit: reread... one word responses haven't worked. He kept calling even after I blocked his number. And I'm waiting on a job so I can't ignore any phone calls from numbers here...
