Do you prefer a cold rage or a hot rage?

I cold burning rage or revenge is preferred for me. Reason being is that hot or uncontrolled rage is less enjoyable. I'm not thinking clearly so less of the carnage is absorbed.

If they messing with my family. Its a hot rage. Otherwise, I enjoy a cold rage much more.

Wait until I've cooled some, but still have a little heat. That way I can be methodical and controlled,but still take things to an unnecessary extreme.

It's either calm or hot, no such thing as a cold rage for me.
