Was thinking either AirVPN or NordVPN. I've heard good things about both, AirVPN is a bit cheaper though.

I've used PIA in past. They were decent. A large list of exits, and moderate speeds. I don't think it is compromised, his whole business rides on the fact that it is private. It is not in the companys interests to jeopardize that.

Currently I use ExpressVPN the most. They are a 'no-log' vpn that accepts bitcoin. The exit list is a good size. Not as large as PIA, but every region is represented, and the speeds tend to be better.

I ran PIA myself for a while. I'd say, though, that the exits are very fast. I made a pfSense router specifically for that to encrypt traffic from all devices without affecting device performance. Where my connection normally clocks in around 218/16, I'd see 200/14 or so on the PIA VPN--a very, very acceptable drop.

I had found the exits to be hit and miss.
Some were fast, some slow, and some wouldn't even connect.
Maybe that varies depending on physical location?
