Are you asking for total, or active within a timeframe? You can dig through @polsaker's comment history to find that at some snapshot of logged in users voting or posting in a 3 day time period. That was around 40 a few months ago. Many forums use the 90/10 rule where 90% are lurkers, so use your best judgement.
