I eat what I want, when I want, and as much as I want.
Food alone does not cause obesity.

I almost only do plain oatmeal made with water only. Sometimes I'll make it with milk for something different, and add some berries or walnuts to it as well.
I haven't had it in a while though, because eating it everyday for several years got too repetitive, so I took a break
