I was a MLRS Battery Commander at Fort Sill, OK back in 1997. I had over 200 M-16s and M-9 pistols in my armory - plus one M-3 Grease Gun. It was supposed to be assigned to my driver but there was no .45 ammunition in the Army inventory anymore. I really wanted to shoot that thing.
