10 percent of the museum's collection survived, and that the immediate problem leading to the out-of-control blaze was that the smoke detectors weren't working and the building's fire suppression systems were limited.

That's just sad that there wasn't better systems in place to prevent this. I mean I know its a shit hole country, but still.

It makes you worry about all the first world countries that are returning artifacts to native countries. It may be great PC PR, but also a big gamble with history.
