I bought a FX GTS XXX Edition RX 580 4GB OC+ over on Amazon from HP & JB, was not as described so I requested a refund and returned it the same day (22 jan 20) and on 29 jan I emailed HP & JB and was told they gave the refund days ago. I went back to Amazon and MonaCielo | Customer Service

Now this is the second time I've had issues with Amazon and with their poor customer service ans lack of policing there sellers I'm not buying items costing over $20 and the sellers are criminals. And no I still have not seen my $180 refund
Contact Amazon directly. You shouldn't need to but tell them that if it's not resolved quickly that you'll start a fraud investigation with your bank.
