I believe the government should be abolished, and the free market should replace its usual functions.
This happens all the time already. For example the ADA has made a bunch of rules to provide their certification for the dental industry. The difference is the rules are enforced through voluntary participation and not through force and threats of violence.
A truly free market society might have private security and arbitration services and roads and infrastructure, and other things that resemble government services. But the key is they can't use force for to make you pay for it. They just have to provide services that are worth the money.

What makes you think the Free Market won't just create a council for itself, and thus start a new government?
