What was he doing?

He is always arguing with his girlfriend. They were screaming and shouting at each other, and it sounded like they were actually hitting each other at one point. Then he threatened to stab her, and I thought calling the police might be a good idea.

They are a bit trashy but not complete scum. He sounded pretty serious to me, and he has hit her before.

Here's the funny thing: He is blind. I was hoping to get a video of a blind guy trying to stab someone to put it on liveleak, but then I remembered they have kids and decided a good video was probably not worth the kids witnessing their mother being brutally murdered in the street.

Check my reply to THC. I don't know if they know it was me, but they might because I was watching the entire thing from my window and taking videos.

I don't know what is going to happen. I don't know if someone can actually be prosecuted for threatening to stab someone, but I think they have kids living there so obviously the current situation can not continue.

He hits her every couple of weeks. I doubt that he would do anything more than that, but I still don't want to put up with them shouting and screaming at each other in the street. There is also the fact that two kids are living in that house.

He might be blind, but he's still a scumbag.
