Jeff Porcaro, Toto's drummer, was one of the most recorded session drummers ever. You have heard him play on so many songs you don't even realise.

Toto was in fact made up of session musicians. Jeff's brother Steve (their father was a session drummer), Steve L, and both Davids were on many records before forming. Elite musicians all. There was another person around here who attended a clinic with Jeff and said he was a really nice guy who didn't let fame go to his head. Wish I could remember who that guy was, I need to start writing things down.
