Since I have 5 replies to this with the same question 'how?' ill answer it here.

basically, I was REALLY into doing handstands before I had my kids. I'd think it had something to do with toning my arms. So on Thursday, I looked at my kids, and then at my couch and had the bright idea to be like 'hey, I should do a handstand with the couch as something to lean against.' *Im sure y'all know where this is going *

so I cleared the kids out of the way (for obvious reasons) and sent for the 'leap' or whatever you call it when you lean over and kick up. Idiot me mis-judged my height v. couch ratio, and I ended up flipping ONTO the couch. When I started to feel like 'Im not going to make it' I tried puching up so I could leap onto the couch, but I ended up kicking myself BACK onto the floor. I could've sworn I heard 'FINISH HIM' in the Mortal Kombat voice coming from the couch. so i somehow landed on my left hip. The impact was so painful, I couldn't get off the floor. All I did was laugh through tears.

at this point @Goatsshadow was looking at me from the balcony window like 'what the fuck is wrong with you?' and my kids took the chance to jump on me and lay on my torso.

TLDR; I failed doing a handstand, and the couch was supposed to be my 'support' and failed. I have a sprained (and bruised) Left hip, and it kinda hurts to walk.

wheres the medical side of phuks when you need it .
