Yeah. This nation would be a big believer in NAP. In fact all laws have to address the NAP directly. There are two legal concepts, laws and ordinance and the goal is to not have any ordinances in practice but the legal structure is there. All laws can only address murder, theft, assault, and extentions of them. Fraud is a form of theft, and so is using someone else's property without permission. This gets rid of almost all laws. Ordinances, which we would like to implement zero, are other things and require a three strike system before you can be punished at all. The requirements of due process are lower for each strike except the last one. This is for things we "need" like running lights. The government at the border is said to be a different government and has different goals and allowences. It claims absolute power though believes in practice that open trade is the best policy. Among its priorities is keeping its neighbor happy. This means that the border government has the right to prevent the flow of drugs into the united states because pissing off the US is a security issue. This allows a psuedo-anarchist government to run on the inside while presenting on the outside the form of nation that other nations are used to dealing with. Other things that will change is privitization will be pursued rapidly. Education will not be public. Over time the government would like to hand over control of the roads and the water system and eletrical system. Teachers will continue to be paid for a month or two. Parents have their child's teacher's email. They can take all they save in taxes and pay it to the teacher directly and teachers can keep their class. Meanwhile they will have two salaries for a month. It's not like privitizing education will lead to a bunch of laid off teachers. The rooms of the school will be rented out to the community to the highest bidders and can be used for teaching or office work, until the building itself is auctioned off. The tax savings will be enormous. The amount of money the govt has spent on the F-35 fighter is enough that every American should have a lease on a Jeep instead, for every member of their household. How many people are in your house? How many children? There should be that many jeeps on your lawn right now just thanks to one F35 program. People will be able to afford to educate their kids. Taxes will work differently. We don't want to know how much you make. It's not our job to know about every dollar that moves in our economy. We tax based on property size and population density index. Impoving property does not require permission or incease taxes. Just make your improvements. Don't bother us about it. The goal would be to make it so people pay roughly proportionally to the value of land per acre for their area, but if you improve your land well past your neighbor's you will not pay any more tax. What we need to run taxes are the dimentions of your lot and the number of people who live on the property for calculating population densities.
