why are you wrong about how great pot pies are? though i've only had store-bought a couple times

I'm just not a big pastry fan in general. Buttery and sweet are not my thing. I really like the insides though. The pie was pretty top notch as far as insides went.

That recipe does look pretty darn good. It reminds me of the shepherd's pie I used to get at a British pub I used to live near. They had no pastry top tho, just mashed potato top. Shit was gooood

I have a ten year old ceramic baking stone that has soaked up a lot of oil and flavors over the years. I get a toasted garlic bread smell when I heat the oven with it in there.
