Bomber was also involved.
Bullshit, if they are entering your home without permission you have every right to shoot them dead. Don't point the gun as a warning, let the bullets flying at them be warning enough.
Unless you live in eroupe in which case you have no rights. If that's the case just be glad it wasn't a muslim or you would have been arrested for a hate crime, and they probably would have killed your dog.

I live in the UK, it is illegal to own a gun without a licence, which is difficult to obtain. I could not get one.
If I pointed a gun at someone I would get time just for owning it, nevermind using it.

This is strangely depressing to me.

I'm guessing they're 13-14. A gun just isn't an option I would even consider to be honest. I could get one if I wanted one, but this isn't a situation where a gun would be useful to me. In the event that they came back and I pointed a gun at them, I would go to prison. For a moment I thought about grabbing a knife out of the kitchen drawer, but again, bringing a weapon into the picture would not have been a smart move from my point of view. I could have used it legally in self defence, but if I was overpowered then it could have been a lot worse than it was.
I highly doubt there will be any more trouble, the kids will be told to stay away because the parents will be just as worried about police involvement as I am.
