From the write-up that I saw before, it looks like the admins of sli.mg could have sold the domain months ago and kept quiet. At this point I'm glad I didn't host much there, thankfully.
I'm sticking with imgur for the short term (as I have for the past 6 years) until something stable that isn't just a FPH host pops up.
