Hey yall, Ive been wanting to work out for a while lately but havent had the time. Id like to try working on my stamina and my physical strength.

Is anybody into this and can give me advice on how to begin?

Advice from my middle-school swim coach: If you can't manage the full set even from knees and hands, then try this. Stand a little further than an arms-length away from a wall and put your arms out to the wall, then lean in and finish the reps that way. If that feels to easy, step back a little further. Try to avoid bending your torso if you're doing them against the wall. If you're thinking you have to bend, then you're standing too far back.

It takes some time to build muscle when you've not worked out for awhile.
