Hey yall, Ive been wanting to work out for a while lately but havent had the time. Id like to try working on my stamina and my physical strength.

Follow the instructions to determine how many reps to start with, and then follow the program. If you ever get stuck then stay at that level until you can manage it before moving on. One time I was stuck for 2 weeks and thought I'd never break through, but I did. It took me 9 weeks to get up to week 5.

Correct form is crucial. I've seen some pretty lousy pushups over the years but the individuals had no idea. If you can't do a proper pushup then work on getting your form correct before starting the challenge.

You should probably do something aerobic as well; running or whatever.
