Hey yall, Ive been wanting to work out for a while lately but havent had the time. Id like to try working on my stamina and my physical strength.

If you're not really good on the pushups, start off with the first half properly and switch to being on your knees for the second half of each set. Each day, bump up the percentage of proper pushups.
Do the whole program twice if you do this, though. Once to get yourself built up, again to get yourself where you need to be.
