I honestly won't have cyanide issues with jam for a few years, not getting my cherry trees until April. Same for blackberry vine roots.
Blueberries for sure. Grapes need so heavily culled I won't get many this year.
Desperately trying to buy a dwarf orange tree locally, it is not easy. I can get a sour one that would only be good for marmalade, but f that. I might order one online when the weather is better
All in all jam will be safe this year.
Does chutney count as jam?
