They could always relax citizenship requirements by 2 generations of bloodline. I know a lot of my family would go back in a heartbeat if they did that. I sure would. My family line is primarily Native American in it but the rest is almost exclusively Irish (so we all look as white as an Irishman eating potatoes).

Dual, for a while at least. If I move over there and love it more, I'd give up the US citizenship because you have to pay double taxes.
