WHY did republicans give her a pass? THEY were in charge. They could have railroaded her if they wanted to.
this is totally a personal preference, i know others disagree, but not a fan of editorializing titles. that's what the comment section is for. titles like this, with the additional heavy political slant, both makes it hard to actually comment on such a post in a non-drone-like way and makes the site look bad to the casual observer who might be looking at the site for the first time and sees something that upsets their worldview so they never return again.
The original title on the newspaper site was a simple bold assertion that that the constant investigation of Hillary Clinton was the real witch hunt
This title actually tones it down a bit.
I read that earlier and was disgusted. Hillary was given a pass. These people are mentally ill.
