Oh, no! I think that would be terrible! There's only one and I think it would be a shame to "break" it. Wouldn't you love to have a walk through and poke around? I sure would. Just like that old cruise ship in the San Joaquin estuary posted a couple of days ago.

They could build a super galaxy plane that can vertically take off in order to evacuate that plane then

Maybe they need to build a structure to let them put a trailer under it. It's awfully large. I imagine it would be hard to tow an airplane that large away from an airfield with a seaplane ramp.
