fixed Infinite scroll now appears active on /s/all and the base site. This makes reaching the search bar very inconvenient on mobile because it is at the bottom of the page.

I used to just go to all when I had to search, but can't do that anymore. Maybe a search button at the top or an infinite scroll option?
