I've made a few guides for installing throat. Here they are, no warranties. Note that as of 2019-08-07 ```requirements.txt``` need corrected, the line with peewee should read: ```peewee>=3.10.0```. To this point, up until a few days ago, we had to use the git version of peewee in order for the site to run. It should be updated in the repo soon. Also note that these guides don't take you to a full, working, deployable point. The idea of these is for development and testing. One day we'll come up with a fully-fleshed-out guide, but that's not now.
