There is already an open task to add expando icons in comment sections.
There probably will not be any more expandos created for different sites for now, because that feature is kind of finished and there are a ton of other open tasks. Even adding the expando icons has been moved to low priority.

I would have thought Jewtube links would have been one of the first, as they are frequently used.

Some hyperlinks in comments actually do open an expando, its just the expando icon doesn't appear.
