And why would anyone want a shared driveway, my garage is in the alley and i'm always dealing with inconsiderate people parking their car next to my garage door and I can't get my car in or out of the garage. And the worst thing is the alley has no parking in alley signs about every 30 meters yet parking enforcement does nothing.

It always makes me laugh when people advocate for more government. This is what "more government" will always bring you.
