So I'm thinking about doing Minority Report tomorrow. Patially because I like that movie. Partially because I can't think of anything else at the moment. And partially because I'm thinking about doing every other one deep scifi / mainstream scifi, and I did Andromeda Strain last week.

I'm also thinking about doing a marathon of Tom Cruse for the mainstream until I run out of them, so probably Oblivion will be the next mainstream. Ideas for the next deep scifi are welcome.

Ex Machina would be a good movie for this.

Yeah. The ideas keep coming. I don't know why I didn't think of scifi before. It really has an endless list of good movies in it.

So movie ideas I can think of are Pitch Black, Fifth Element, 2001 A space odyssey, Planet of the Apes, Serenity.

2001 is slow slow cut from todays perspective,the younger audience probably won't enjoy. I'd prefer a Flash Gordon or Spaceship Trooper flick for a classic.

But if you want to extend the Minority report Dystopia theme, I suggest They Live, Demolition man, or Equilibrium
