Absolutely they do but the wheelie bars on the back only let them come up an inch or so. They are the silver bars visible on the very back which keep the dragster from flipping.

I'm aware they have wheelie bars and are capable of bringing both front tires off of the ground. To clarify my original point, it looks like the front right is on the ground when the left comes off.

Looks like the front left tire comes off the ground too. I'm guessing this is due to the insane amount of torque the engine is outputting twisting the chassis.
