Im in the southern hemisphere and missed my summer window for peas and beans this year. I guess I can get a few in before the bad frosts come.

I planted these peas in October. I didn't expect them to survive the winter and I'm amazed they did. It was a very cold one for my region.

If you plant them now, they may survive for the spring.

Winter and early spring pea shoots are my kids favorite salad. Plus the seeds are big and robust enough that I can just give them a bag and let them do the work of planting.
