Picked these a few months ago, bagged them up in sandwich bags and have frozen them. I have a choice of White Grapes, Yellow Peaches, Red Cherries, Granny Smith Apples, Pears and Blood Plums.

I have 3 other fruit trees but this year was a bust for them with low fruit yield.

That's really awesome. Cram any greens in the smoothie as well?

No, I generally keep the greens for salads or make a smoothie with vegetables and a 1/2 Artichoke. The Artichoke is to give it a milky consistency.

Very cool. I'm making my first real attempt growing artichokes this summer. I'm a glutton for punishment.

I do have frozen jelly in summer But I will look into making my own now too. Sounds like fun.

I can't wait to eat the food that I've grown myself. Such an interesting experience, to cultivate something from a seed all the way to harvest, then consume it. Its almost poetic if you think in that way.

Granny smiths make great pies. You should do that. I wouldn't know what to do with the rest of that stuff, though.
