Captcha Bug

If I don't do the captcha, and I click submit, I can't do the captcha and submit again, I have to reload the page.

Also Submit Text Post leads to the submission page for a link post. (Maybe just in this sub? It doesn't for mine)

Also why is the has mail icon marked as important in the CSS? I had it changed and it's been reverted because of this. EDIT: plus my new CSS changes for visited post title are not showing up.

Post throttle is nice for a very short post time to prevent dups.
