It shouldn't require much work... just some copy paste for devs... and it'd incentivize people to post comments as best they can. I don't see any harm or abuse by it... could be the kicker when you're checking what's new and awesome here on phuks. Sometimes there are really insightful comments and a single one getting some limelight would be cool!
edit: It'd be another thing besides the in house music player that'd separate us from those other sites
