I would like to enable custom CSS for most but not all (SBBH) subs. Would this be practical feature?
How so?
I'd go with the blacklist. I think of UI design from the perspective of a casual user. Power users figure things out fine.
If css is off by default, it will always be off for most users. Only a minority would ever see any of the good css.
If on by default, SDBH would still make almost everyones blacklist.

nice
now to figure out:
start with none and enable one at time for a whitelist
start with all and block one at a time to save the blacklist
