I've been waiting for the anti-shotgun articles since this incident. The reason for the delay seems to be that they don't know what they are.

Can't you just hear them saying in the newsroom, "That's an assault rifle, right?"

I'd love to see this lady shoot skeet. I mean it would be so easy for her. Just point the gun in the general direction.

A simple google search turned up this nice info graphic about spreads. Even a journalist should be able to understand it.

Whoa.... Too bad it's not true. The spread on a shotgun is less than you'd think. The range is too but that's a story for another stunning piece of smear journalism.

I've been looking at getting a shotgun. I went skeet once, and it was a blast! But, I'm not going to become a professional, it is more for fun. I would also want it to double as home defense. I don't think my load one cartridge at a time .22 rabbit rifle is going to do the trick.
