A 4K Switch would be pretty pointless. A majority of the best selling Nintendo games are made by Nintendo which all tend to share a very similar art style - using lower frequency saturated colors. Those tend to look better at lower resolutions and don't necessarily warrant a higher resolution because you will not be seeing extra detail in the textures or meshes - just fewer edge sampling artifacts which can be alleviated with MSAA.
