I never could finish this before because switching the weapon types and then aiming with the second dual wield stick was too much for me to handle. Now with a multi-button mouse and proper aiming, I'm finally set. I also tried running this on dolphin when I last upgraded in 2012 and thought my cpu wasn't up to it. Turns out it was probably my dolphin settings or dolphin itself that wasn't up to it back then. Running it at 1080p and it's locked at 60fps. The game looks really good for a 15 year old game too and controls as good as a modern shooter.
It did take bit of tweaking to get running especially mapping wiimote to mouse(playing trilogy version) but now it's good times ahead.

I've actually played most of MP but never finished it completely. I've forgotten enough of it to make a fresh game though.
That would be Super Metroid though ;)
I'm more than happy with how it controls now. It's pretty much flawless. I just came from Far Cry 5 (which is one of the better controlling FPS games out there) and I'm feeling a similar vibe here. I don't think I've played a Game in First Person that handles jumping so well either.
Looking at videos online pretty much all Nintendo's games had detail built in that the hardware would never do justice to. It's almost like they built them with HD remakes in mind. Skyward Sword in particular has LOD that was all a blur in the Wii games but shines when its at 1080 or above.
