No shit I legitimately used to "pack fudge" at my job. I handled the ingredients for ice cream. I would add your fudge, chocolate chip, cookie dough, etc. I hated running jobs with fudge. I had to "pack" each bucket of fudge with a metal stir stick to recombine the fudge that had separated in cold storage. Hated that job and will never work food production again.
