Someone said dog's sniffers can detect anxiety, and possibly internal medical conditions (cancer).

I've got a big dog but when I'm down he senses it... they're smart and probably pick up on your affliction before you can. A+ good link bro thanks

the main training is to break her hands apart and distract her... this is a good example of a properly trained service dog for this need
