The carbon credit market is not about the environment but really about commoditizing carbon limits. It would not be hard to set up a shell company that doesn't produce anything, file for carbon credits, and then sell these credits on the market.

Like those supermarkets that never open their doors. They just pull coupons from newspaper inserts and send them to the product manufacturer for the cash.

I know Europe is rather … compact as far as travel goes, but I am surprised that there are two airports that can handle jets within thirty one miles of each other. (checks) Yes, it says miles. For a moment I thought it was the significantly shorter kilometer.

Reminds me of John Kerry flying around in a private jet to warn everyone about the dangers of flying around in a private jet.

400+ private jets flew into that GW conference so they can all pat each other on the back for showing their concerns about GW. Very few take these people seriously.
