We got a wave of contributors on Github. Among the changes pushed to production today are: - New reports system. Mods may now add rules to subs which will appear on the report popup. There is also a new mod dashboard where mods can manage reports on their subs ([#37](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/37), [#40](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/40), [#41](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/41), [#44](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/44)) - Video mode was removed - Fixed a bug where comment permalinks would not highlight the comment - Metadata is now stripped from .mp4 uploads (but not from webms) - Updated Russian translations ([#50](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/50), [#54](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/54)) - Fixed some icons being black in dark mode - Users will now be able to upload files after reaching level 30 ([#47](https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat/pull/47)). If you could already upload files, but are below level 30 you will retain the privilege. - The TOS/Privacy/Canary/etc pages are now wikis, this should make pushing upadtes easier in the future. - Administrators can now see all invite codes generated.
