This title seems very misleading

I chose the article because it was the least-misleading writeup of the result of the case that I could find - at least they mentioned 'misleading investors' in the title. Certainly room for improvement.

Edit: 'could find' from a cursory scan of search results from major-type news agencies

I dig it. I just wanted to point on for the headline readers that it doesn't seem like this lawsuit was solely based on climate change, but more on misleading investors.
