I'm so sorry /s/cabbage. I had a moment of weakness and roasted some broccolini for a side dish tonight.

How was it?

I imagine that the stem was tender but the tops quite hardened.

It turned out pretty good. I only baked it 9 or so minutes at 425 and the tops turned out pretty decent. The stems were fantastic tho
