The minichat is back

Also, I have a weird glitch where it looks like I've downvoted this post on the front page. Changing the downvote to an upvote doesn't change the post score. Reloading the front page results in the appearance of a downvote again.

What browser do you use? Did you wait a bit until it finishes connecting? Did it load the chat history?
